Primary Features of the Program
- One monthly group coaching/peer advisory call (2 hours), on a Sunday late afternoon/evening (US Pacific)
- Each call will have a coaching topic/theme; I will share my approach, facilitate a round table discussion period for the peer advisory group, and/or provide coaching during a "focused" discussion for one or more individuals.
- Guest speakers will be invited for specific topics.
- Off-weeks will feature check-ins, Q&A, and weekly planning/co-working sessions.
Facebook community for between-call interactions and peer support:
- Ongoing career and self-care topics selected by the group
- Regular Q&A to discuss career and self-care topics relevant to the group
Online membership portal:
- Resources and best practices (being populated on an ongoing basis)
- Additional Q&A videos and trainings to discuss work and self-care topics as requested by the group (developed over time)

The Cost
The price for membership is $1,200 per year. A payment plan of $120/month for 12 months is also available.

Scholarships
I want every woman to have access to the learning and development needed to be successful in her career and life. I offer a scholarship version in line with "pay what feels right" for those who may otherwise not have access to the group.
No person with the desire to engage in this work will be denied access to the group due to their financial status. (For the sustainability of my business, there may be a waiting list for scholarship pricing.)

We do not “compete” with each other, we support each other’s wins, unconditionally.
We are all adults on a learning path. We expect you to model openness to conversation at all times. We will not hesitate to remove people who are intolerant of others (please see our ethical statement) or who do not take a learning and communicating approach if someone else brings something to their attention.

Q: How many people will be in the peer advisory group?
A: We anticipate a maximum of 15-ish in any group coaching call. If we start to have more people attending than seems effective for the functioning of the group, additional call dates and times will be offered.
Q: How long is the program?
A: This group coaching approach is a 12 month program, with variable start dates, meaning new people may join at any time.
Q: Will I be in the same group with the same people through-out the program?
A: People will likely be entering and exiting the program at various times, but because you will likely be in the meetings with many of the same people over time. You will also be in the larger Facebook group with those people and others.
